USKIDS4WATER is composed of members from diverse backgrounds including students in grade school all the way through college. everyone is passionate for learning about water-related issues and discovering solutions for them.

Usha, the founder of uskids4water, grew up in the drought-prone area near PUNE, India and had experienced water scarcity firsthand. Her village had participated in Paani Foundation’s Water Cup competitions for the past 3 years and has seen a drastic change in the water-table rise in her village. She shared her village’s story with the neighborhood, inspiring curiosity and excitement to learn about this miracle.

 

As awareness about Paani Foundation work grew, friends and families in the neighborhood came together and formed an organization (USKIDS4WATER) to learn, spread awareness, and act on water issues and scarcity around the world.
